Shipping Policy
Borne To Creeate offer free shipping within the UK of all their Arts and Crafts items and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to receive your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to contact the courier , to arrange re-delivery or collection. We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 -14 working days (excluding Bank holidays, customized orders will vary, this will be arranged with the customer).
Return & Refund Policy
Payments for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Borne To Creeate will only accept returns if contacted at bornetocreeate@hotmail.com or via phone at 07818 408200, within 14 days of receiving goods. A full refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned in their original packaging, unused, quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return.
