It is your responsibility to contact the courier , to arrange re-delivery or collection. We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 -14 working days (excluding Bank holidays, customized orders will vary, this will be arranged with the customer).
Payments for returns are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned in their original packaging, unused, quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return.
