Borne To Creeate will not be responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to receive your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to contact the courier , to arrange re-delivery or collection. We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 -14 working days (excluding Bank holidays, customized orders will vary, this will be arranged with the customer).

Payments for returns are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned in their original packaging, unused, quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return.
