Borne To Creeate will only accept returns if contacted at bornetocreeate@hotmail.com or via phone at 07818 408200, within 14 days of receiving goods. A full refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned in their original packaging, unused, quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return. 
Payments for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
